Meet the team
Amy is a seasoned Certified Professional Photo Organizer and an accomplished Residential Organizer with over 20 years of experience helping individuals and families preserve their most cherished memories and create order in their lives. She is the founder and owner of Fleur de Lis Organized Solutions, a Louisville-based business offering tailored photo and home organization services. Under her leadership, the company has grown steadily and earned a loyal clientele drawn to Amy’s personalized, empathetic approach and her knack for transforming chaos into clarity.
Amy holds specialist certificates from the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) and is a proud member of The Photo Managers. She combines her educational background—a MBA from Purdue University (2024), a Master of Arts in Education from Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky (1996) and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Louisville (1992) —with practical professional experience gained at prestigious institutions such as Louisville’s Speed Museum, The Kentucky for the Performing Arts, Kentucky Opera, and the Guggenheim Museum in New York City.
Before launching her organizing business, Amy spent more than a decade with Creative Memories, developing deep listening and communication skills while helping clients share their stories through photo albums. Her years as a stay-at-home mother were rich with volunteer leadership roles and part-time work, including teaching and co-directing community events, which shaped her entrepreneurial spirit.
In 2013, she established Fleur de Lis Photo Solutions, which later evolved into Fleur de Lis Organized Solutions in 2021 to encompass home organizing. Today, Amy is poised for the next chapter: scaling her business and becoming a thought leader in the organizing industry.
As a community member of her beloved hometown of Louisville, Kentucky, Amy volunteers her time with Immanuel United Church of Christ, The Fillies, Inc., and Highland Community Ministries.
Amy is the proud wife of Eric Hoffmann since 1993 and mom to adult sons Jacob and Tucker. Ask to see a photo!
